EPOS Furthers Commitment to Security and Privacy with SOC 2 Report Type I

Global audio and video brand EPOS has made a company-wide pledge to uphold the highest standards of data security and information privacy. To help its customers ensure security and corporate governance compliance, including compliance with GDPR, EPOS has established processes and practices that guarantee oversight and data security for its audio and video hardware, as well as its digital solutions.

To further that commitment to customers, EPOS recently commissioned a third-party audit of its digital solutions. Conduct by Deloitte Copenhagen, the audit resulted a comprehensive SOC 2 Report Type I focused on EPOS Manager and EPOS Connect.

EPOS Manager is a complimentary cloud-based tool that allows IT managers to control settings update EPOS devices from any location. EPOS Connect gives the end user access to the latest firmware updates and personalized audio device settings.

Based on the SOC 2 Report, organizations can rest assured that EPOS internal and external processes meet the highest global standards. A follow-up audit is conducted on a yearly basis, ensuring that EPOS keeps pace with latest security compliance standards.

"EPOS is committed to meeting the most stringent standards for data security and information privacy. The recent SOC 2 audit from Deloitte gives our customers further assurance that all their EPOS hardware and digital solutions are secure.” Abdul Khaled, Head of Digital Solutions at EPOS.
